Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love the products you purchase from us. Here’s everything you need to know about our return process.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • In its original packaging
Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. After this period, we cannot guarantee that we can accept your return.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Opened or used body washes
  • Sample-sized products
  • Gift cards
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time to process
  • Contact your bank, sometimes it can take 3-5 business days to show up
Partial Refund

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in their original condition
  • Damaged packaging
  • Returns made after the 30-day window
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email us at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and your order details.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
